Manufacturing and finishing processes for magnet production
Schallenkammer offers an extensive range of products in standard designs as well as innovative magnet products created in-house. As a magnet manufacturer, however, we have the option of producing magnetic foils or magnets individually according to your ideas. You can expect competent advice, high quality and fast processing thanks to in-house production.
Cutting the sheets according to your individual requirements
We supply magnetic tapes and sheets on rolls in many standard sizes. On request, we can also cut each roll to the width or length you require, up to a minimum width of 5 mm.
Coating the GraviFlex® series for different applications
As a magnet manufacturer, we can use laminating technology to coat all magnetic foils and magnetic tapes in the GraviFlex® series as well as the ferrous FerroPad® adhesive surfaces with polymer foils in all common (RAL) colors and self-adhesive coatings on the market. The result is colored magnetic symbols that adhere on one or two sides, writable magnetic signs, self-adhesive magnetic plates and much more.
Printing magnets or magnetic sheets with logos, symbols or photos
Digital printing allows us to print magnetic sheets and the plastic housings of organizational magnets individually and in colour. In this way, not only texts and tables can be applied, but also logos, graphics, symbols or photorealistic images.
Cutting semi-finished magnetic products for industrial applications
We use both CNC cutters and conventional cutting processes to cut semi-finished magnetic products, ferrous foil or plastics. In this way, magnetic rubber, magnetic tapes and magnetic foils from our GraviFlex® series and FerroPad® adhesive surfaces are turned into flexible connecting elements, versatile visualization solutions or application-specific moulded parts for industrial applications.
Punching to produce customized 2D moulded parts
Various punching techniques are used to produce customized 2D moulded parts from magnetic foil or magnetic rubber. The process is used for the production of small and medium series.
Process combinations for an optimal customer solution
In many cases, it is the intelligent combination of different manufacturing and finishing methods that leads to the optimum magnetic solution. Especially when it comes to implementing innovative or particularly sophisticated solutions made of magnetic foil, magnetic tape or magnetic rubber, the variety of our processing methods opens up numerous options.

Vendor parts, semi-finished magnetic products & magnetic products
As a magnet manufacturer, we not only supply you with a wide range of different semi-finished magnet products, but also with numerous magnet products from our own production. These include not only ready-to-install magnets with housings, holes, grub screws or hooks, but also plate magnets for separating, cutting and collecting ferrous material in conveyor and recycling technology.
Raw magnets for further processing
We supply permanent magnetic raw magnets for further processing in numerous material variants and delivery forms. Depending on the area of use and application, you can choose between various isotropic and anisoptropic magnets, such as inexpensive hard ferrite magnets, heat-resistant aluminum-nickel-cobalt magnets, hard samarium-cobalt magnets or particularly strong neodymium magnets. These raw magnets are available in many sizes in bar, block, ring and disc form as well as in customized special shapes.
