Delivery and shipping costs

Delivery is ex works, plus packaging costs.

For shipments within Germany, we charge a flat-rate freight and packaging fee of 8 euros up to a weight of 30 kg.

For shipments to Austria, we charge a flat-rate freight and packaging fee of EUR 16.00 up to a weight of 30 kg.

For deliveries abroad, there are generally higher shipping costs (depending on the weight of the shipment), for deliveries to Switzerland there are additional customs clearance costs.

For orders with a net value of less than 30,- Euro we charge a handling fee of 5,- Euro.
