Magnetic rubber is an anisotropic magnetic material made of a rubber-like, flexible plastic with embedded strontium ferrite powder.
Despite its comparatively high binder content of around 40 percent by volume, magnetic rubber exhibits magnetic properties that fall between those of isotropic and anisotropic magnets.
