Schallenkammer Magnetsysteme GmbH was founded in 1989. Since then, our company has developed continuously. Our product range consists of an extensive portfolio of fixed and flexible permanent magnets for technical and organizational applications.
Our product range includes raw magnets, magnetic systems, lifting magnets, separating magnets, magnetic rubber, magnetic foils, magnetic tapes, magnetic pockets, magnetic symbols, reversible magnets as well as magnetic surfaces that are applied to non-ferrous surfaces in order to be able to attach magnets to them.
SKZ-Cert GmbH Zertifizierungen certifies that Schallenkammer Magnetsysteme has introduced and applies a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

Magnetic foils and magnetic rubber are the perfect starting point for the realization of innovative technical solutions for moulded parts, sensors and components with detachable adhesive and holding functions. They are also used to produce organizational aids.
As your source of ideas, development partner and supplier, we use a variety of modern manufacturing and finishing processes to produce standardized or customer-specific magnetic products and magnetic systems for visualizing, presenting, advertising, connecting, lifting, separating, fixing and transporting.
Parting off
We supply magnetic tapes and sheets on rolls in many standard sizes. On request, we can also cut each roll to the exact width or length you require, up to a minimum width of 5 mm.
Coating
Using lamination technology, we can coat all magnetic foils and magnetic tapes from the GraviFlex® series as well as the ferrous FerroPad® magnetic surfaces with polymer foils in all common (RAL) colors and self-adhesive coatings on the market. The results are colored magnetic symbols that adhere on one or two sides, writable magnetic signs, self-adhesive magnetic plates and much more.
Printing
With digital printing, we have the option of printing both the magnetic sheets and the plastic housing of organizational magnets individually and in colour. In this way, not only texts and tables can be applied, but also logos, graphics, symbols or photorealistic images.
Cutting
We use both modern CNC cutters and conventional cutting processes to cut semi-finished magnetic products, ferrous foils or plastics. In this way, magnetic rubber, magnetic tapes and magnetic foils from our GraviFlex® series and FerroPad® adhesive surfaces are used to create flexible connecting elements, versatile visualization solutions or application-specific, technical moulded parts for industrial applications.
Punching
Using various punching techniques, we manufacture customized 2D moulded parts from magnetic foil or magnetic rubber with high precision. The process is used for the production of small and medium series.
Process combinations
In many cases, it is the intelligent combination of different manufacturing and finishing methods that leads to the optimum magnetic solution.
Especially when it comes to the practical implementation of innovative or particularly sophisticated solutions made of magnetic foil, magnetic tape or magnetic rubber, the variety of our processing methods opens up numerous options.
Development projects
Our entire material know-how and the complete range of our machining processes are at your disposal for the realization of your magnetic requirements. Special solutions
Our “MAGNETS AND...” catalog provides a complete overview of our current range of raw magnets and magnet systems as well as products made of magnetic rubber, magnetic tapes, magnetic sheets and organizational magnets. However, thanks to our process engineering flexibility, we are always able to realize individual customer requests and unusual special solutions.
Supplier parts
As your supplier, we not only provide you with a wide range of different semi-finished magnetic products, but also with numerous magnetic products from our own production. These include not only ready-to-install magnets with housings, drill holes, grub screws or hooks, but also plate magnets for separating, separating and collecting ferrous material in conveyor and recycling technology.
Raw magnets
We supply permanent magnetic raw magnets for further processing in numerous material variants and delivery forms. Depending on the area of use and application, you can choose between various isotropic and anisoptropic magnets, such as inexpensive hard ferrite magnets, heat-resistant aluminum-nickel-cobalt magnets, hard samarium-cobalt magnets or particularly strong neodymium magnets. These raw magnets are available in many sizes in bar, block, ring and disc form as well as in customized special shapes.
