When manufacturing magnetic elements for technical applications, GraviFlex® magnetic foils score points above all due to their temperature resistance, which - depending on the foil variant - covers a total range of -20° C to +200° C. This large "temperature window" opens up plenty of scope for using the magnetic sheet in both cold and hot environments. In practical terms, this means that magnetic elements made of GraviFlex® film from Schallenkammer adhere to icy-frosty surfaces as well as hot pipes, containers or machine housings. Product developers, designers and engineers can therefore use the magnetic foil for technically demanding tasks. It can also be used for the cost-effective realization of small batch sizes of moulded parts, machine elements or vendor parts for use in production, storage and assembly.

Single-sided magnetic sheets with thicknesses of 0.4 to 2.0 mm and widths of 610 and 1,000 mm. Uncoated, coated with PVC color film or with self-adhesive backing. Available in lengths from 10 - 61 m on a roll. With a remanence of 205 mT, a coercive field strength (HcB) of 119 kA/m and an energy product of 7.31 kJ/m3, it is suitable for the production of thin and light magnetic signs, magnetic pockets, punched parts and advertising, plan and organization symbols with low magnetic adhesive force.

For dimensionally stable magnetic products with higher adhesive force
Single-sided magnetic sheets with thicknesses of 0.5 to 3.0 mm and widths of 610 and 1,000 mm. Uncoated, coated with colored PVC film or with self-adhesive backing. Available in lengths from 2.0 - 30 m on a roll. With a remanence of 260 mT, a coercive field strength (HcB) of 183 kA/m and an energy product of 13.29 kJ/m3, it is suitable for the production of vehicle magnetic signs, punched parts, magnetic pockets as well as advertising, plan and organization symbols with greater dimensional stability and higher magnetic adhesive force.
For technical film products with extremely strong adhesion
Single-sided magnetic foils with very high adhesive force made from an innovative neodymium-iron-boron alloy. Processing-friendly alternative to ceramic permanent magnets. Available in thicknesses from 0.8 to 6.0 mm and dimensions of 300 x 1,000 mm (W x L) as well as uncoated, coated with colored foil or with a self-adhesive layer on the back. With remanences of up to 650 mT, coercive field strengths (HcB) of up to 280 kA/m and energy products of up to 44 kJ/m3, it is an ideal semi-finished product for manufacturing highly magnetic stamped parts, strips and sheets for mechatronic assemblies. Temperature stable from -40° C to +100° C.
For flat components with front and rear magnetic adhesion
Double-sided magnetic, easy-to-process film with a standard thickness of 1.0 mm and a width of 610 mm. Available on 15-meter rolls uncoated, coated with coloured film, printed or with a self-adhesive backing. With remanences up to 263 mT, coercive field strengths (HcB) up to 203 kA/m and energy products up to 13.5 kJ/m3, a universal solution for product development, construction, production, office, laboratory and logistics. Well suited for the production of sensors, micromotor parts, packaging, heat-resistant paint covers, connecting elements and - with double-sided coating - colored reversible symbols.
